SKU Monitoring

Several million SKUs are currently being monitored. Every day, about ten thousand new positions are automatically included in the monitoring by the algorithm, taking into account factors such as the current BSR, the number of reviews and the position of the product for specific keywords. Based on these criteria, the algorithm decides which product to include in the monitoring. In addition, it is possible to add new monitoring positions to the database at any time.

Detailed Product Information

For each product monitored by the system, the following information is available: title, current offer price, suggested retail price, number of reviews, category membership, dimensions, weight, product images, current description and characteristics.

In addition, the system can generate historical (since the start of monitoring) price dynamics and Best Sellers Rating (BSR) for each product in the database.

Product History

For products monitored by the system, the "product overview" section contains detailed information about the product, and a history of the product can also be generated. The history tab records the following listing changes: title, availability, category, features, description, product dimensions and weight, package dimensions, package weight, images, price changes (percentage and absolute), new seller, cost/SEO optimization changes, Buybox changes.

  • ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number - a 10-digit alphanumeric unique code assigned by Amazon and Amazon partners for the purpose of identifying items in Amazon).
  • EAN (The European Article Number / European Product Number) is a European barcode standard designed to encode a product and manufacturer identifier. Note: The generated data (see below) will be based on ASIN and/or EAN.
  • A subspecies or child product for this product.
  • Sponsored Products (Sponsored Products is a pay-per-click advertising solution that allows sellers to promote their products with keyword-based ads that appear in the most visually prominent places on Amazon) will be presented as search results for [No] key queries.
  • The total number of competitors for this product.
  • Total number of Amazon Prime competitors.
  • The seller of the product (directly or indirectly by Amazon).
  • Product deviation from the requirements of the Style Guides (in %).
  • Product ranking values for relevant keywords.
  • Product information:

    • Reviews (number of ratings given to the product)
    • Indicator (index) reflecting the product ranking for relevant keywords

  • BSR, the current rating of the product in the positions of top sellers in the main category.
  • Sales for the period (in pieces).
  • Selling price (in the Buy Box).
  • An indication of whether an offer is made in the Buy Box via Prime (FBA).
  • Stock/Stock Remaining (Current inventory balances of a product across all sellers of that product).
  • Keywords (number of keywords the product is currently ranking for).
  • Package weight (weight for shipping purposes).

Packing dimensions (dimensions for shipping purposes).

Detailed Information about the Seller

The detailed view of each product in the monitoring also displays a general overview of all sellers offering the respective product.

For each seller, you can see at what price she/he offers the corresponding product, whether she/he is the current "owner" of the Buy-Box, historic sales performance, as well as his average rating.

Review Analysis

In addition to product features, customer reviews of the respective product are also displayed. The system analyzes all (including historical) reviews and ratings made by buyers.

In the review, it is possible to analyze the historical dynamics of ratings, periods and reasons for the deterioration or improvement of the average rating.

Settings also allow you to see how satisfied customers are with the respective SKU and whether there is a need or potential for quality improvement.
