Pick and pack services, warehouse storage

Upon arrival of your goods to our fulfilment center, our specialists will carry out: 

• acceptance of cargo;
• verification of accompanying documentation;
• reconciliation and execution of shipping documents;
• checking the quantity and appearance of the packaging of the goods received;
• unloading the vehicle;
• recount and visual inspection of each cargo unit;
• checking the cargo according to the articles;
• execution of acts of acceptance indicating damage or shortage of cargo, if any;
• transfer of the necessary documents to the freight forwarding company (supplier);
• making the appropriate entries in the ERP system (in the modular warehouse management system / accounting database);
• provision of the necessary containers (boxes);
• sorting (1 SKU - one storage shelf or pallet);
• sticker (including EAN, ASIN barcoding);
• preparation of goods for optimal placement for storage (in storage cells, on racks, in pallets, etc.);
• storage of goods in accordance with the rule "1 SKU - one storage shelf or pallet" in accordance with applicable standards and requirements;
• storage of each SKU is implemented in a separate storage shelf / rack shelf, which allows faster and more efficient order processing. "Hot SKU", that is, those that are sold most often, are located closer to the preparation of orders for shipment;

Fulfillment/Pick&Pack Services 

Once the Order (B2C or B2B) is received by our warehouse in Bulgaria, the following steps will be taken:

• Order Pick: Single-Order-Picking, Multi-Order-Picking (the individual SKUs that make up this order are removed from the corresponding cells/pallets by warehouse employees and moved to the packaging area);
• quality control check;
• scanning of article barcodes;
• inserts (booklets, leaflets, warranty cards, etc.)
• packing list preparation;
• packing with optimal packaging materials in bags, boxes, stretch types, etc.;
• pasting the box with adhesive tape;
